Welcome to Second Hand Solutions!
Two old-time friends often spend Saturday afternoons under a big oak tree in Paarl accompanied by a good bottle of Chenin Blanc. It was during one of these afternoon sessions, whilst conversing about the South African wine industry, that the idea for Second Hand Solutions was sparked and, not long after, executed.
These like-minded friends have been involved in the wine industry for quite some time, with many years of experience behind them.
The main focus has always been the supply of new equipment and various commodities. Considering the continuous rise in prices on imported gear, and often due to the devaluation of the currency, an idea was sparked to offer clients second hand equipment. It is often heard that winemakers are looking for a specific item, preferably second hand on account of the latter.
A second bottle of Chenin was opened under the beloved, infamous Saturday oak tree and they were absolutely convinced that there is a place in our industry for an individual specialising in the field of buying and supplying stellar quality and well looked after secondhand equipment. Second Hand Solutions are based in Paarl and is pleased to offer their services to predominantly the wine industry but will also cater for the olive-, water and beverage industries.
